- The number of places in the on-site participation is limited and provided on "first come firt serve" basis.
- The participation in eather form of the conference is completely free of charge.
- Cancellation Policy: Please inform us at least 3 days before the conference if you wish to cancell your registration.
- The organizer maintains the right to cancel the whole conference, change to the program, agenda, Speakers and make other changes of the concept of the conference.

IMPORTANT: The conference venue is Frankfurt(Oder) around 100 km from Berlin which is different from Frankfurt a.M. The city of Frankfurt(Oder) is located at the Polish-German border. By crossing the bridge you will cross the border and reach the neighbour city of Slubice (Poland). Between the both cities there is only a short walking distance.
HOW TO REACH THE VENUE:
The venue (Logensaal, Logenstr. 11, Frankfurt(Oder), Germany) is located in the center of Frankfurt(Oder) in a walking distance from the Main Railway Station in Frankfurt(Oder).
