Henry used to work in Baker & McKenzie, Herbert Smith Hills and some other domestic Chinese law firms. Henning Glaser is since 2009 the founding director of the German-Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG) at Thammasat University, jointly formed by the Universities of Münster, Frankfurt, Passau and Thammasat University. Since 2007 he is teaching German and comparative constitutional law at the Faculty of law of Thammasat University. Prior to his engagement at Thammasat University he had been working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of Münster University, as an attorney at law and a consultant. After several international assignments across the globe, he joined the pharmaceutical industry / Bristol Myers-Squibb (BMS) in 2010. During his time with BMS he worked in local, regional as well as global roles. His duties included developing and integrating the Global Anti-Bribery Guideline in all BMS markets as well as establishing and driving the Global Third Party Risk Management Program. Since May 2017, Dr. Thomas Meiers LL.M. (Chicago) heads the “Central Coordination Monitorship” as Senior Vice President at Volkswagen AG. His department coordinates all global activities related to the mandate of Larry D. Thompson as Independent Compliance Monitor and Independent Compliance Auditor. These form part of the settlement agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice. In previous leadership roles within the Volkswagen Group Thomas headed Corporate Strategy at Italdesign Giugiaro S.p.A. in Turin, and Compliance at MAN Truck & Bus AG in Munich from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Kyrill Farbmann, LL.M. is European Compliance Director at McDonald’s. He is based in Brussels, frequently travelling all over Europe, Northern Africa and CIS. Prior to taking his current role, Kyrill has been working as Compliance and Ethics Manager for International Paper, as well as for international law firms Jones Day and Latham and Watkins in the areas of corporate compliance, FCPA and antitrust. Anatoly Yakorev, Director, Center for Business Ethics & Compliance (CBEC) and as a strategic partner for Global Ethics Solutions (GES) (USA) to promote ethics training to further enhance compliance programs. Anatoly spent 25 years in the Russian energy sector (Amoco, BP) and his last project in 2016 was aimed at developing a compliance function at Russian oil companies. In 2010 he launched first ever in Russia Collective Action “Russian Energy Compliance Alliance” (RECA) that brought together multinational and Russian companies in the energy area to promote transparency in their supply chain. In 2012 he launched another Collective Action “World without Corruption” (for Russian NGO Committee for Fighting Corruption). As Steering Committee member he led the development of the Anti-corruption Charter for Russian business as the Russian Chamber of Commerce compliance expert (2014-2016). He served as Board member (2014-2016) at Russia’s RGS bank which was one of the top 20 banks on the credit card market. In 2015 as the Council of Europe expert on good governance he produced recommendations for Russia’s Business Ombudsman. He published his case study and research on compliance in Business Compliance magazines in EU. He was mentioned by Forbes as one of the leaders on ethics Oct. 14, 2019. Since March 2020, he was appointed Director of Institute of International Cooperation, Compliance and Business Protection in Russia to ensure holistic protection of investors in Russia and compliance with applicable international and Russian anti-corruption provisions.

Scott E. Sullivan is the Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer of Newmont Corporation, the world’s leading gold company. Rogeria worked as a lawyer at Banespa S / A in the Contract area and chaired the Bid Committee for 4 periods. Rogeria served for 14 years at Serasa S / A, and until Oct / 2014 was responsible for compliance in Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela), having structured the area in the region. Bartosz is university professor at the Faculty of Law, European-University Viadrina in Frankfurt (O.), Germany. He is founder and director of the Viadrina Compliance Center, which is an interdisciplinary research center and a think-tank for Governance, Risk and Compliance. He is a member of Academic Advisory Councils of many associations and journals like the Professional Association of Compliance Manager. He has been advisor on Compliance to several companies and governments among them the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. He has been the Head of Delegation of Germany to the ISO Project Committees on ISO 19600 Compliance Management Systems and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems. He has been recently nominated for the same function to the ISO Technical Committee 309 on ISO “Organizational Governance”. Furthermore, Bartosz is author of over 100 publications on compliance and editor in chief of the German journal “COMPLY.” He gave more than 100 presentations on various compliance issues at national and international conferences and congresses.
